DOMESTIC only:  We ship most orders within 1-2 business days (from the time you order).  Once shipped, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.  Our charge for standard shipping is $6.25 USD , and you will receive an email with tracking information after your order is shipped.  Please contact team@shopfiricano.com with any questions!

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Please start by contacting team@shopfiricano.com .  Include a valid reason for the return.

WEBSITE PURCHASES: Exchanges are FREE for domestic customers if they provide a valid reason.  The customer could then exchange for the same product in a different flavor. or a new product of the same value on the website. The same rules apply for returns, however the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

IN PERSON PURCHASES: We do not provide any returns or exchange for items purchased at local stores, gyms, expos, or other special events. For protein purchased in person at an expo or special event…

*Please note that all items must be in the original container and unopened. Returns and exchanges are only allowed within the first 30 days of an item being purchased.  Also, And nutrition options does not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased on sale or using a discount / promo code.  Purchases made with a Gift Card cannot be refunded, however you may be eligible for an exchange if you contact us. We maintain the right to refuse a return or exchange based on the information provided in the original email. Additional limitations may apply to this policy as well.
